Robert C. Vargas, 69, of Oxnard, entered eternal life on Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Robert was born in Guadalajara Mexico on April 17, 1941.
Robert is survived by his two daughters, Ann Marie Vargas and Viki Michelle Vargas; brother, Joe Vargas.
